Payment

A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made via cheque or BACS transfer. To secure your booking, print, complete and post this villa booking form with the deposit to 17 Southbank, Hextable, Kent, BR8 7PP

 

Cancellation

Cancellations within 8 weeks of reservation will result in the loss of the full cost of the accommodation. Cancellation prior to this will result in loss of deposit.

 

Security deposit

Upon arrival ALL guests are required to register with our management agents (Florida Choice) at their Orlando office where the keys to your property will be collected. At that time, they will take an imprint and authorization of a major credit card for $250.00 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against negligence, theft, damages, or additional charges.

 

How do you find your villa?
Very easy, we offer a convenient check-in office location in Orlando through Florida Choice. Once you check in, you will be registered and given keys to your villa along with detailed directions.

 

What time is the check-in and check-out, and what is the check-in procedure?
Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is available by prior arrangement with a fee of $75.00. Upon arrival, all guests are required to register at our management agent's (Florida Choice) office. They will, upon check-in, take an imprint and authorization on a major credit card for $250 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against negligence or additional charges.

 

What are your office hours?
Our management agent's Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year. Their Orlando office is open seven days a week. They have a 24 hour check-in lock box at their office, and there is a personal answering service handling telephone calls and messages. "Lock box" information will be sent to you along with directions to their office.

 

Do all of the available villas offer heated pools?
Not all homes have heated pools. Please request this service at the time of reservation. There is an additional charge of £12.50 per day heated pools.

How many people can be accommodated in each vacation home or villa?

Homes range from 3 to 7 bedrooms, and our vacation villas from 3 to 4 bedrooms, sleeping the following:

Two bedrooms - sleeps six
Three bedrooms - sleeps eight
Four bedrooms - sleeps ten
Five bedrooms - sleeps twelve
Six bedrooms - sleeps fourteen
Seven bedrooms - sleeps sixteen


What additional services are offered?

 

Unlimited Telephone Useage to any number

£2 per day, payable for full duration if taken as an option.

Midweek Maid Service (where not included)

£40 for a full clean and linen change service.

Pool heating (recommended November - March)

£10 - £12.50 per day, dependant on pool size.
